Robotics Evaluation

The robotics unit went really well and i learned a lot of things about robots. One of the things i learned is how to build robots ( including all the details like.. programming and designing). If i could improve on anything i learned about robots it would be programming, i think it is the most important part of robots because it's what makes the robot do the tricks. robots are special because they can do many things, and help us in many things. An amazing sport that robots do is camel riding, since it is too dangerouse for kids to ride on camels, now people started putting robots! other sports that robots learn doing by watching people do is pingpong or botball.

summer 2008

in this summer i traveled to spainin marbella, austria, and zurich. the place i enjoyed the most is austria because i got to go horse back riding. I also went down a mountain with a sledge, i also went to the gym everyday, and sometime i went jogging in the raing or climbing and sometimes hiking. in marbella i only swam in the beach in the pool, i also went shopping and i went on a catamaran. in zurich, all i did was go shopping and go to museums.

Evaluation

Evaluation of week 8-9

Our video changed from our original ideas because it was more colorful and it had better information than we thought it would, it also did not play our voices with the picture during our presentation.
Our presentation wasn’t very good because we didn’t know our blog addresses, and we only had the project on my blog, the good thing about it is that the video was amazing but our voices didn’t play properly with the pictures.
We could of improved our work in many ways and one of them is that we should have worked on it more and less arguing, another one is we should have done it more for homework and come at break to do it.
I think this project should be done next year because we did not do this last year but they did, so they might have a little bit more experience than we did.

iphone project

The iphone can be used for almost any subject. I.T , science and more. That because it has alot of cool galleries like the calculator, the internet and the installer. You download alot of things to help you in your homework and your projects or you assingments.

Design

1. It can be used for any subject because it is used for more than 1 thing.
2. Yes, because it will help them get more organized and they will know more info because of the internet.
3. It would be more fun and would have a great use, and we will be able to close the computer labs and get people more into their studies.

Investigation of: new technology of learning

For our “new technology of learning” we chose the iphone. It is used for communication, it can call, mail, and text messages. This can be used in school for anything, for example you can use the organizer and look at the classes you have for the day, and you can type drafts and reminders. You can also go on the net and research for anything you would like. during the holiday i have experienced new technology and i have baught a phone and a macbook laptop, before buying any new technology i searched it up on the net, i found good sources about it.
